The Board of Directors of POMSO (Port Moresby Stock Exchange Limited) wihsi to announce changes in its management structure effective immediately.
Geoff Mason will step down as General Manager and Vincent Ivosa currently the Company Secretary and Listing Manager will move to the role of Acting General Manager.
In announcing the changes the Chairman of POMSOX (Mr Frank Dunphy) said, “we thank Geoff Mason for his service to POMSO and we wish Geoff all the very best in his future endeavours. Going forward the Board has every confidence that Vincent Ivosa as Acting General Manager will meet the requirements of the role to the satisfaction of all stakeholders”.
