This notice serves to inform you that PNGX Markets Limited trading platform had encountered issues with the trading system this morning. Consequently, the market was temporarily not available for trading at the start of the normal trading session at 10:00 am today, Tuesday 03 November 2020.
The issue was resolved, and the market was open for trading at 11:52 am, Tuesday 03 November 2020.
PNGX will continue to perform standard root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement to further minimise the risk of reoccurrence.
